- Missing Items – If any paid item is missing from your order, we will refund the missing item’s value or provide a replacement.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Change of Mind – Once an order is placed and prepared, we cannot issue refunds for a change of preference.
- Partially Consumed Orders – If most of the meal has been consumed, we cannot process a refund.
- Late Pickup or Delivery Issues Beyond Our Control – Delays caused by third-party delivery services or customer lateness are not eligible for refunds.
