Burger Bro Refund Policy

At Burger Bro, we take pride in serving high-quality meals and ensuring customer satisfaction. Below is our refund policy:

 

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements may be issued in the following cases:

- Incorrect Order – If you receive the wrong item, we will replace it or issue a refund.
- ⁠Food Quality Issue – If your order is not up to our quality standards (e.g., undercooked, burnt, or spoiled), we will evaluate the situation and provide a replacement or refund.
- ⁠Missing Items – If any paid item is missing from your order, we will refund the missing item’s value or provide a replacement.

 

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

- Change of Mind – Once an order is placed and prepared, we cannot issue refunds for a change of preference.
- ⁠Partially Consumed Orders – If most of the meal has been consumed, we cannot process a refund.
- ⁠Late Pickup or Delivery Issues Beyond Our Control – Delays caused by third-party delivery services or customer lateness are not eligible for refunds.

 

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 30 minutes of receiving your order with the following details:
1. Order number
2. ⁠A clear photo of the issue (if applicable)
3. ⁠A brief explanation of the problem

Requests can be made through WhatsApp, Instagram DM, or Email. Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days through the original payment method. If a replacement is preferred, we will prioritize preparing your new order immediately.
